Join us for the last event of 2019, where we can look back on all that we have learned throughout 2019, and plan for the year ahead.
We will also be joined by Ellie Winch from Suffolk Mind who will be giving a talk on mental health and how it can coincide with your arthritis.
The event will also provide an opportunity to meet others living in your area with arthritis, share hints and tips and to let us know what you would like to gain from the Self-Management Approach.
