Join us for our first Arthritis Action Group of the year. We will be discussing physical activity and have a special guest from OneLife joining us.
The event will also provide an opportunity to meet others living in your area with arthritis, share hints and tips and to let us know what you would like to gain from the Self-Management Approach.
