This month, Martin Lau, Arthritis Action Registered Dietitian will be speaking to you at a talk titled ‘Eat Well – Feel Well this Winter – Diet and Arthritis.’
During the afternoon, Martin will be able to help you separate fact from fiction to help you better understand diet and arthritis with the aim of helping you along the way to eating a healthy and balanced diet.
