Join us for the final Ferndown Arthritis Action Group Meeting of 2019. We are looking forward to celebrating the festive season and finding out more about what you have enjoyed and what you would like to see at the meetings in 2020.
We will be joined by Tracey Hudson from Live Well Dorset who will be explaining more about enjoying movement and being active with arthritis.
The event will also provide an opportunity to meet others living in your area with arthritis, share hints and tips and to let us know what you would like to gain from the Self-Management Approach.
