At our next London Arthritis Action Group we will be hearing from: Edwina Brocklesby, Director of Silverfit  a Charity that promoting happier, healthier ageing through affordable physical activity and at the same time combat social isolation we aim to improve older people’s quality of life and also to save the NHS and social care providers money.

The event will also provide an opportunity to meet others living in your area with arthritis, share hints and tips and  to let us know what you would like to gain from the Self-Management Approach.
