At our next London Arthritis Action Group we will be hearing from: Siobhan Carroll, MECC Trainer and Physical Activity Coordinator for the Westminster Health Improvement Team, who will be presenting a talk on walking groups and classes in the community.

The event will also provide an opportunity to meet others living in your area with arthritis, share hints and tips and  to let us know what you would like to gain from the Self-Management Approach.
