We are pleased to bring our popular Arthritis Action Self-Management Event Online so you can attend from the comfort of your home, over the course of two days: on Monday 7th June & Monday 14th June 2021.

– Managing fatigue

– Clinical therapies
A certified self-management trainer, along with Arthritis Action staff, will be available to answer any questions you may have about managing your arthritis.
After registration for the event we will send you a questionnaire to gain an understanding of how you manage your arthritis. Please fill it in and email it back to us so we can make sure that the content is a relevant as possible for those attending.
