Please come along to our Norwich Arthritis Action Group to meet others living in your area with arthritis, share hints and tips and to let us know what you would like to gain from the Self-Management Approach.
Our speaker this month will be Arthritis Action CEO, Shantel Irwin. As well as finding out more Shantel’s role, you will have the opportunity to find out more about the charity and how we help our members to access the Self-Management Approach. Shantel is keen to grow the membership of the charity to help more people with arthritis to actively help themselves.
