The event will also provide an opportunity to meet others living in your area with arthritis, share hints and tips and to let us know what you would like to gain from the Self-Management Approach. As well as what we have in store for next year, and the chance to suggest anything you would like to get from our groups in 2020.
We will be joined by Emma Penfold who is the Community Enabling Officer, Norwich City Council. She will be joining us to show you how to find the services in the area that are most relevant to you, and can help you can get the most out of whats on offer.
