Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust

A free, confidential NHS service offering a range of evidence-based treatment interventions for people (16+) registered with a GP in East Riding of Yorkshire or Hull, experiencing mild to moderate emotional and/or mental health difficulties. Treatment options include; by telephone, face-to-face, groups, workshops or online using computerised programmes. This service is part of the Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) initiative.
