St Helens Mind is an independent local charity, supporting people who are isolated and lonely due to poor mental health. They do this by providing a Befriending Service, offering one to one support with a volunteer to enable people to play a fuller part in community life. They have numerous social activities and groups and signpost to other services as appropriate. Access to the service is by referral only.
