Leicester Arthritis Action Group

Our first Leicester Arthritis Action Group this year will provide an opportunity to meet others living in your area with arthritis, share hints and tips and  to let us know what you would like to gain from the Self-Management Approach.

Our speakers this month will be Yusuf Mangera and Barbara Poncia, Cognitive Behavioural Therapists (IAPT), Open Mind Service Nottingham NHS Trust who will be presenting a talk on the long-term conditions they have a specialist interest in.
