UK charity, Arthritis Action is running a series of online self-management for younger people (aged 18-40) who live with all forms of arthritis. These events will give a short overview of the ways in which you can manage your arthritis
This event will focus on communication and pacing. We will be exploring socialising, work, family and communicating with healthcare professional.
You will also have the opportunity to ask questions and share experiences with other young people.
