UK charity Arthritis Action is running a series of online self-management events for younger people (aged 18-40s) who live with all forms of arthritis. these events will give a short overview of the ways in which you can manage your arthritis.
The final event will focus on Mental Wellbeing. We will be exploring emotions, goal setting and positive thinking.
You will be able to ask questions and share experiences with other young people.
