Join us for the first Eastbourne meeting of 2020. We will be joined by Brenda Bigsby who will be on hand to tell you more about how you can prevent yourself from falling through a series of strengthening exercises which will be demonstrated during the session.
The event will also provide an opportunity to meet others living in your area with arthritis, share hints and tips and to let us know what you would like to gain from the Self-Management Approach.
