Our speaker this month will be Jackie Wood, Dance and Fitness Teacher who will give a talk entitled ‘Movement with Music: Keep Active in the Winter Months’
Jackie Wood is a qualified dance and fitness teacher. She has been teaching movement with music for 5 years. Her exercise is of low impact and her audience is mainly older people. She is also a qualified sport coach and has disability awareness training.
