Please join us for our London Arthritis Action. This month we will be talking more about the gadgets and aids which help you on a daily basis. Please feel free to bring something along with you to show the group if you are able to carry it.
The event will also provide an opportunity to meet others living in your area with arthritis, share hints and tips and to let us know what you would like to gain from the Self-Management Approach.
