Join us at our next Nottingham Arthritis Action Group.
We will be joined by Arthritis Action Services Development Manager & Dietitian Martin Lau who will be discussing healthy eating and arthritis.
The event will provide an opportunity to meet others living in your area with arthritis, share hints and tips and to let us know what you would like to gain from the Self-Management Approach.
