In light of the evolving COVID-19 restrictions, and to enable more people affected by arthritis to attend our events, our Online Arthritis Action Groups will no longer be restricted by region, and will be open for anyone to join from around the UK.
Once we are able to run face-to-face events again, we will resume regional group meetings alongside our open online events.
All of our Groups are still free to attend and are open to anyone living with, or providing care for someone with any form of arthritis.
Our Arthritis Action Groups were moved online during the COVID-19 pandemic, allowing people to safely join from the comfort of their home. The meetings offer a safe and friendly environment for people living with arthritis to speak with each other, learn from one another and share their stories, questions and tips. Guest speakers will also provide useful information on useful resources available and advice on how to better manage the symptoms of arthritis through healthy eating, therapies, mindfulness, exercise and pain management.
