Banana, Honey, and Cinnamon Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 150ml semi-skimmed milk
  • 150g/60ozs high-protein yoghurt
  • 1tbsp clear honey
  • 1 large pinch of ground cinnamon

 

Recipe

  1. Chop the banana into large chunks and place in a blender.
  2. Pour in the milk and yoghurt.
  3. Add the tbsp of clear honey and a large pinch of cinnamon
  4. Blend until smooth. Pour into a large glass and serve.
  5. Enjoy! If you like, sprinkle a little more ground cinnamon onto the top.
