Osteopathy is a hands on therapy that treats pain anywhere in the body. We have a really good understanding of human anatomy and highly developed sense of touch. Once we’ve worked out what your problem is we then use a range of techniques, such as stretching, massage and manipulation, which gently corrects and supports your body to mend.
