At our next Ferndown Arthritis Action Group we will be hearing from : Lucy Savage, Health & Activity Activator for the Walking for Health Team Ferndown, presenting a talk on ‘Walking for Health Team’s outdoor activities’.
The Health Walks are led by volunteer walk leaders throughout East Dorset and Christchurch. They run every week to help you establish a routine, are ideal for beginners and there is no need to book, just turn up! Have a look to see if there is a walk near you. They are all free to attend. The event will also provide an opportunity to meet others living in your area with arthritis, share hints and tips and to let us know what you would like to gain from the Self-Management Approach.
