Join us for the first Kent Arthritis Action Group Meeting of 2020. You will have the opportunity to meet Anna Randall from One You, Kent. They are on hand to help you get healthier and feel better within yourself through effective lifestyle changes.

The event will also provide an opportunity to meet others living in your area with arthritis, share hints and tips and  to let us know what you would like to gain from the Self-Management Approach.
