Our first meeting will take place on 2nd March from 6 pm – 8 pm. Our peer-led groups are a great opportunity to share hints, tips and experiences about managing arthritis in your day to day life. During the meeting we will be discussing a variety of topics covering both the physical and mental aspects of living with arthritis, including diet, exercise and distraction techniques. We aim to make our group meetings as interactive as possible and encourage people to ask questions and learn from one another. Following this, we will continue to meet on a six-weekly basis to enable you to build up your network of support and to hear from specialist speakers. Interested?
