For our final meeting of the year we will be joined By Martin Lau, Registered Dietitian and Service Development Manager at Arthritis Action. He will be on hand to answer any questions you have about diet and arthritis and is very much looking forward to meeting you.

The event will provide an opportunity to meet others living in your area with arthritis, share hints and tips and  to let us know what you would like to gain from the Self-Management Approach.
