Please join us at our Warrington Arthritis Action Group where we will be joined by Andrea Rees, LifeTime Officer, LifeTime. She will talk about LifeTime: Keep active, Connected and Learning.
The event will provide an opportunity to meet others living in your area with arthritis, share hints and tips and to let us know what you would like to gain from the Self-Management Approach.
About the talk:
LifeTime provides activities, advice and social events for people in their fifties, sixties, seventies or eighties and above. Running more than 60 events each week, including a camera club, community choir and exercise classes, there’s something for everyone.
Andrea Rees will be talking about the range of classes that LifeTime run. All classes can be adapted for all abilities so whether you are a regular or are wanting to try something new they have something for everyone.
