Every year, over 10 million people in the UK live with arthritis, including many of them in the workforce, juggling work, family and day-to-day life. At Arthritis Action we believe employers can play a pivotal role in supporting staff affected by arthritis or other musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions; helping improve their wellbeing, inclusion and long term quality of life.
Last year we supported 12,000 people through our self management programmes, clinical appointments, exercise and nutrition support, webinars and online groups giving individuals practical tools to manage their pain, stay active and maintain their independence.

We have a dedicated team of health and wellbeing experts available to give presentations to your staff on topics including healthy eating, exercise, pain management, prevention, and mental wellbeing. The presentations last about 35 minutes followed by a question and answer session – please note we are unable to offer medical advice. The presentations can be held in-person or online.
Our Corporate Membership gives your organisation and your employees dedicated access to the same practical support and self-management services our individual members enjoy but tailored to the workplace context.
When you sign up for Corporate Membership, your employees gain access to, nutritional guidance, access to exercise classes, online support groups, resources and self management tools. We will also create an anonymised benefit data compiled in a bespoke impact report.

Give As you Earn:
Payroll giving allows employees to give to Arthritis Action directly from their pay before tax. It is a quick and easy way to regularly support us. We can support you or your HR department to set up and promote a successful scheme.
