Next Event

Our next Instagram Live event will be ‘Arthritis Fact Checked: Diet’ with our Dietitian and Services Manager Martin Lau on Thursday 9th October at 7pm.  Martin will look at a variety of diets that claim to be beneficial for arthritis and try to help make sense of what works and why, with an opportunity for you to put any questions you have directly to him.
