Vera and Stella’s Story

Our Members Vera Coombs and Stella Lewis met in Tunbridge Wells years ago. Attending the Kent Group brought them together. They quickly formed a real friendship that goes beyond the bounds of attending the Group. Now, they both help run the event and volunteer their time organising the venue and setting up the sessions.

About the Kent Group: Initially set up by Vera with the Arthritis Support Kent organisation, the Kent Group was taken over by Arthritis Action nearly two years ago. It is held in St Phillips Church on Birken Road, every 6 weeks.
