New 2024–2025 Impact Report Highlights Arthritis Action’s Growing Reach 01 December 2025 Arthritis Action has published its 2024-2025 Impact Report, highlighting the progress made this year in supporting people living with arthritis across the UK. The Report brings together the key achievements from our Groups, events, resources and awareness work, showing how our reach and impact continue to grow. Highlights from this year’s Impact Report We supported more than 12,000 people through our Group meetings, events and presentations. We provided trusted information and self-management guidance through 432,000 website page views. And we continued to raise awareness, reaching 1.9 million people across our social media channels, alongside 80 million+ in publicity and PR reach. Shantel Irwin, Chief Executive Officer, said: “I am tremendously pleased at the progress we have made to consolidate our goals in this second year of our current business strategy. This report shows we are getting it right with those who count; our Members and service users report extremely high levels of satisfaction; our relationships with healthcare professionals and partners has deepened; and our dedicated team have expanded the reach of our events, groups and presentations by over 50%.
