Online Groups Provide a Place for All 25 June 2025 We are pleased to introduce a new Group for younger individuals, aged 18-40, led by Arthritis Action Volunteer Sophie Krank. Our new Group ‘Arthritis & Me’ will launch on the 9th of July, 6pm and will take place virtually. These regular monthly sessions will offer the opportunity to those who have been diagnosed at a younger age, to share experiences relevant to their everyday lives while managing arthritis. Explaining why she has volunteered to take over running of the Groups, Sophie said: “When I attended my first meeting, I was reminded that it’s ok to ask for help, most people enjoy being needed and like to be helpful. It was just the advice I needed. I am still thankful to the lady who said those words.” To take part in a session, visit our Events Calendar and sign up to receive the joining link. About Arthritis Action Groups Arthritis Action provides a range of Online Groups at different times of the day to allow all to join in, some sessions will have an assigned topic and others are open for socialising and general conversation.
