Initially trained in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), I have since trained in Japanese acupuncture. In 2018 I qualified as a Toyohari practitioner, a form of Japanese meridian therapy known for its gentle yet effective approach to treatment. In my practice, I adapt treatments to suit individuals. In addition to my private practice I have worked at an NHS-run community acupuncture clinic treating a wide range of musculoskeletal and chronic pain-related conditions.
