  • 1 high protein yoghurt pouch or a 125g low-fat Greek yoghurt pot
  • 2 wheat breakfast biscuits (like Weetabix)
  • Half a bag of defrosted summer fruits and frozen mango
  • 1 small serving dish

Method

Place two wheat biscuits in a freezer bag, and using your rolling pin, crush them up. Place the content into your serving bowl – any container will do.

Squeeze the yoghurt pouch or spoon the yoghurt on top of the wheat crumbs. And top the ‘cheese cake’ by placing the summer fruits and mango on top.

Serve immediately, and enjoy a delicious and decadent start to your day!
