Rally your colleagues and take on the challenge of walking 8,000 steps a day this May. Raise £100 and help transform the lives of those living with arthritis. Many believe exercise makes arthritis worse but the truth is, movement is medicine. So let’s bust the myth and keep moving for a great cause!

 

Step into Summer

Whether they’re small, brisk, or taken one at a time, your steps matter. By moving a little more each day, you’re not only helping your own joints stay active, but you’re also supporting others to do the same.

For just £100 raised, up to 10 people can access vital self-management tools — helping them take control of their arthritis, reduce pain, and regain independence and confidence.
