The Royal College of Nursing (RCN) has launched a new competency framework which outlines the roles and competencies for rheumatology practitioners in clinical practice. The document provides an opportunity to support the development of roles in rheumatology nursing, improve access for patients, and reduce variability in care.
We are proud to have collaborated with the RCN to help launch the competency framework, which provides a key element in the ongoing training and development needs of rheumatology nurses.
