Please come along to our Norwich Arthritis Action Group to meet others living in your area with arthritis, share hints and tips and to let us know what you would like to gain from the Self-Management Approach.
Our speaker this month will be Sam Watts – Fun and Fit Project Officer at Active Norfolk. His role involves working on new projects across the county of Norfolk to maximise opportunities for people to participate in exercise. He has a keen interest in helping those who are new to physical activity.
